I joined Ex last year and it was stopped early cause of the pandemic, I joined again this year and quit dance and I love it. I go three times a week for an hour and a half and work on skills I have and don’t have yet on beam, bars, vault and floor everyday we switch events. I’ve met so many of my good friends from it and my coaches are super telented and helpful when it comes to spotting and training us to get new skills. At the end of every practice we condition for the last 15 minutes and do hardcore workouts.
